Refund Policy

Conditions for eligible return:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at Jannahfitwear@gmail.com. with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to not reimburse an item if these above requirements are not respected.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Jannah Fitwear cannot currently create return labels, as they require customs information for shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return is rejected, you will not receive a reimbursement and you have to pay the shipping fees to get your items shipped back to you, otherwise your items will be discarded or donated on your behalf.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted. This process can take up to 5 business days from the state your return tracking information shows delivered.
